Welcome to Pearl Restaurant and Bar
Pearl is a glamorous new destination restaurant and bar from the creative team who designed Nobu and the Metropolitan. Carrying the heritage of its past into new glamour, the name Pearl is inspired by its original site as the former banking hall of the Pearl Assurance Building. The stunning and timeless surroundings are complimented with the menu specially created by Jun Tanaka. Like Pearl with its heritage and contemporary design, the foundation of Jun's cuisine is classic French but has modern and light touches. He is a firm believer in using the best ingredients in season.
