Welcome to Phat 8
Phat 8 has the distinction of being the first and only Vietnamese restaurant in the East Midlands and therefore offers a totally new and exciting dining experience in a modern and contemporary setting. Truly authentic dishes are created using the best produce and herbs available with traditional cooking methods. The restaurant only employs chefs who have previously worked in some of Vietnam’s and China’s premier restaurants and they each specialize in a particular style of regional cuisine. This gives the diner the opportunity to try unique dishes and to mix and match according to taste. The restaurant also specialises in Vietnamese Noodle Bar dishes such as the ever popular “Pho” and “Bun Bo Hue” noodle soups.
