Welcome to Bath’s City Centre Café, Restaurant and Champagne Bar. With it’s unique style, authentic cuisine and sophisticated atmosphere, it makes the perfect venue for any occasion. The house speciality is Le Flammakeuche, more commonly known as the Tarte Flambée, a traditional dish from Alsace, consisting of a thin French pastry base smothered with Fromage Blanc; a delicious blend of cream, eggs, spices and seasoning. This, the basis of every ‘Flamma’, is then topped off with a mouth watering variety of ingredients to suit every taste and occasion. In addition we offer an All Day Menu together with an a la Carte dinner menu from 6pm. Whether you want to relax or party, you will not fail to enjoy the combination of authentic Alsace cuisine and contemporary style as well as our wide selection of reasonably priced wines and champagnes.
