My Passion for food began at an early age, watching my mother cooking in the kitchen and after many years my dream of having my own restaurant became a reality. It has given me the opportunity to bring together dishes from regions all over Italy, maintaining the freshness and simplicity of Italian cuisine. Like many Italians, I live for food. Working with food every day I still enjoy cooking. I hope that those eating my food will experience the same excitement and satisfaction I do whilst preparing it.
